You call the Builder Rep, they review and counter via fax or e-mail.

You print the counter offer, client reviews and signs, you fax (while with the client) to the builder and your offer is accepted.

Client is in First Position and your off to another "Deal in The Bag!".

(1 Deal) 1 Hour.
